iPhone / iPad Applications

CASE 1 : Built iPhone application for Washington DC and Paris maps.

This application presents high resolution maps on iPhone with markers of various points of interests (Pois). The application presents a list and map view of the points. A key aspect of the application is its zoom feature that is developed using slicing technique on the high resolution map image.

CASE 2 : Built iPad application for wine enthusiasts

Vintages function displays list of wines allowing users to select a wine to see more details; Locator allows finding wines using zip code and distance in miles and drops pins on Google Map for various wines; Media function displays image and video galleries; Events displays events in ascending order categorized in months. Push notification functionality was integrated.

CASE 3 : Built iPhone application to help locate the nearest medical cannabis, collectives, cooperatives, doctors, clinics, attorneys, organizations, and other patient services in the thirteen states that have passed medical marijuana (cannabis) legislation. Information is continuously updated and supplied by iMedicalCannabis.org and the Patient ID Center. For those states without medical cannabis laws, users can locate the nearest organization active in medical cannabis laws and efforts.

Blackberry Project Examples

CASE 1 : Built SIP Client for Blackberry mobile

Blackberry does not have open SIP API. We worked on an open source library MJSIP and customized it to connect it to the client’s VoIP server. This helped our client provide VoIP call functions on its enterprise application.

CASE 2 : Built Location Information System

This application ran in background and obtained the location information of a user in real-time using GPS, cell tower information and posted it to a backend server. We integrated the application with backend WSDL web services.

Flash Lite Project Examples

CASE 1 : Chatting module for Naked.com using Flash Remoting, Streaming (FMS), Action script 3. Built mobile application o view models, pay by credit cards, and chat (text, voice, live streaming).

 

CASE 2 : Peer-to-Peer Connection using WiFi.

Normally, a WiFi card on mobile works in infrastructure mode. In this mode, the WiFi card searches for nearest WiFi hotspot. When we switch the mobile WiFi to adhoc mode, it becomes a WiFi hotspot. This means other mobile devices can directly connect to your mobile device without a fixed hotspot and form a peer-to-peer network. The application provides features to connect to another hotspot WiFi hotspot, create a new adhoc network at any specified channel number and also allows to set SSID and BSSID of the WiFi network and also helps set encryption keys for secure transmission.

Symbian

CASE : Portal: Built mobile application allowing mobile user with internet connection but without GPS GEOCOE their location. We built the following functions:

  • Automatic startup and GPS coordinates retrieval; Cell id retrieval and storing to HTTP server
  • Friend Search, Friend Nearby Alert; GEOCODING and Reverse GEOCODING using Google APIs

This application is undergoing Symbian testing / Signing process.

MITR Platform

CASE 1 : Mobile client to interact with the web services of Zozoc. Using this application, the mobile users send/receive SMS using Zozoc web services. They can manage their full contact list, SMS records, etc.

CASE 2 : Mobile client to interact with the web services of Sulekha. Users can install this application on mobile and use it to search for various services provided by Sulekha across various cities in India.

CASE 3 : Mobile application to meet every aspect of the consumer needs in real estate industry. Buyers, Sellers, and Brokers can exchange information, quickly, effectively and inexpensively. At 99 acres, you can advertise a property, search for a property, browse through properties and can view the responses of other users on the properties posted.

CASE 4 : Online travel mobile application with real-time booking for flights and hotels.. Application provides flight search, seat reservations, view reservations.
