Once an engagement is secured, SPA will utilize a well-defined process to manage the engagement, focusing on a number of equally important and tightly related elements:
1. Meet or exceed customer expectations consistently through efficient and effective delivery of customer projects
2. Reduce the client’s perceived risk of working with an overseas outsource provider
3. Allow for maximum client touch points, increasing the likelihood of account retention and expansion
4. Protecting and enhancing profit margins and revenue opportunities for SPA.
To meet these two equally important objectives, engagements will be managed in a structured, disciplined fashion characterized by:
- Constant Discovery: SPA engagement managers and project leads working to better understand client current and future requirements. Understanding of current project assures #1 above; uncovering future requirements addresses #2
- • Tailored Solution Design: SPA engagement managers will tailor solutions that meet customer business, financial, and scheduling requirements.
- • Controlled Solution Delivery: Well-defined delivery process with predictive as well as output metrics to assure that delivery stays on track.
- • Constant Debrief and Feedback: Formal and information mechanisms to report progress and results to the client, and solicit feedback on delivery. Formal events are a great opportunity to uncover additional business opportunities.
