Delivery Model

Our primary objective is to be the software development partner of choice for our client. We offer a full range of delivery and billing options and work with our clients to define an engagement model that address their unique business and/or project requirements. Taken to its ultimate extreme, SPA would have complete responsibility for all aspects of software development.

There are at least 2 levels of client engagements that SPA will target. Initially, our focus will be on outsourcing distinct, well-defined projects from our clients. Engagement scopes would be limited to the scope of these projects. From the moment we engage a high-potential-value client, SPA will position to become a true partner with that client, literally a virtual extension of that clients own organization. Project teams will be constructed using a blended model that utilizes onshore and offshore resources based on specific customer and project requirements.

Finally, we believe that there remains significant opportunity for pure staff augmentation in the US market. This will be address by building up a reliable resource base of US-based contractors and full-time employees.

Full Program Outsource Partner Not tied to a specific project. A long-term contractual relationship exists, with SPA acting as our client’s outsourcing organization; a virtual extension of our client’s internal organization. Rate tiers and foundation terms and conditions would be established in a Master Services Agreement, of which distinct work orders could be generated. Normal contract term 12-36 months.
Test Project Outsource Our client has a specific development effort planned or ongoing and contracts with SPA to provided software performance assurance for that project, in part or in total. Typical engagements 3-12 months depending on scope of project
Staff Augmentation Basic staffing model. SPA provides resources to work on-site with the client, billed at hourly or daily rates. Typical contract terms 3-12months
Test Consulting and Training Specialized training and consulting service to help our client develop/enhance internal capabilities, or address specific project or program related challenges
