Ram Garg is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Software Performance Assurance and a 25-plus year global software outsourcing expert. Prior to forming SPA, Ram was chair of the architecture committee at MetaSolv and Director of Network Management in Kirana Networks. Over 25 years Ram has overseen several multi-site projects where he was responsible for both development and testing function. Ram managed large teams for the prestigious IBM LAN Network Manager and Fujitsu's Virtual View projects. Ram has worked with and provided consulting services to many multi-national companies including Alcatel-Lucent, IBM, Fujitsu, and Oracle.

Ram is founding member of Telecommunication Forum's SID standard initiative which is used world-wide by most Telecom Solutions Providers. He sits on PMI Service & Outsourcing SIG and SNS Management boards. He is well-known expert in object-oriented technologies and Unified Modeling Language, and a published author and speaker on Globalization.

Mike Tatachar, Chief Strategy Officer of Software Performance Assurance, is an executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of extensive telecom industry experience. Prior to joining SPA, Mike co-founded Spatial Wireless and created Wireless Soft Switch. Mike with other co-founders sold Special Wireless to Alcatel-Lucent for $250 millions in 2005.

Over 20 years, Mike provided business and technical leadership to major telecom equipment providers such as Alcatel-Lucent and DSC. Mike is well-known expert in designing and developing carrier grade Wireless and Wireline telecom products for the US and International market. Mike owns multiple patents in the area of voice compression and next-generation transmission.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Mike will define SPA strategy with special focus on telecom strategy, work with carriers and telecom equipment providers to provide SPA testing services and technology solutions for LTE (4G), IMS, VOIP, Mobility, and legacy voice networks.

Eric Harris is a co-founder and is responsible for leading SPA sales and business development organization and managing the engagement model to support the company's revenue generation and growth objectives. He is responsible for driving SPA's business acquisition process through the alignment of the company's sales strategy, solutions portfolio and marketing campaigns. Prior to SPA, Eric was co-founder and VP of Business Development at Varros Telecom, a software and consulting company focused next-generation network management platform.

He brings a diverse business and technical background to SPA, with expertise in process-centric business development infrastructure, financial management, and effective integration/ utilization of technology in business systems. He is an expert in the areas of business process management, management scorecards and measurement systems, process improvement tools and techniques (Six Sigma, lean, BPM), and in leveraging technology to optimize process.
